Admin Controller

• Process daily medical aid billing, quotations and customer invoices.

• Follow up on outstanding account queries and statements, and update customer receipts.

• Administer rental contracts and maintain accurate filing systems.

• Coordinate daily operations and communicate with management, agents, customers and suppliers.

• Compile reports, schedules and operational summaries.

• Track equipment movements and availability across installer locations.

• Liaise with installers regarding equipment maintenance and service delivery.

• Take responsibility for the six-monthly stocktake.

• Manage incoming calls, emails and general office administration.

• Ensure company mobile phones remain online daily.

• Resolve customer queries professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

 

• Matric / Grade 12.

• Relevant diploma in Accounting and/or Business Administration.

• 3–7 years' experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English.

• Advanced Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure.

• Own transport.

• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

 

• Medical practice experience is advantageous.

• Experience with medical aid scheme billing is also advantageous.

 

This is an office-based position in Bellville, Cape Town. The successful candidate must be calm under pressure, proactive, accountable and able to take ownership of problems. A compassionate, professional and solutions-focused approach when assisting customers, patients and families is essential.
