These qualifications, coupled with extensive HR experience, enable her to contribute to UCT's HR courses as a part-time Assessor.
Gillian led Personnel Network's TES/labour division for over 20 years, managing the full payroll function including all HR/IR requirements in compliance with BCEA, LRA and the Motor & Metal Bargaining Councils.
