Gillian has been a dedicated professional with Personnel Network since 1993. A Collegiate Girls’ High School alumna, Gillian went on to obtains a National Diploma in Personnel Management plus a Bachelor of Technology degree in Human Resources Management. Further enhancing her qualifications, she obtained a TQUK Level 5 Certificate in online Teaching. These 3 qualifications with her combined expertise in HR has enabled her to contribute to the University of Cape Town’s online HR faculty, where she serves as a part-time Assessor. With extensive experience in recruitment across a wide range of industries, Gillian has also successfully led the Temporary Employment Services Division of Personnel Network. In this capacity, she managed the full payroll function and oversaw all HR and industrial relations requirements, including compliance with the Motor and Metal Bargaining Councils.
